Rivet Systems ("we", "us") is an Australian AI and automation business. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how to contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, and the description of your problem. If you email or call us, we collect what you send us and your contact details.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and to assess and deliver work you engage us for. We do not sell your information, add you to marketing lists, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.

How it's handled

• Form submissions are delivered to us as email through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the submission in order to deliver it, and may do so outside Australia.
• This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to run the service.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google a standard web request when the page loads.
• This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or engagement, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. If you have a concern we haven't resolved, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
